Our small studio space is open for private individual, small group (up to 6 total people), couples, parent/child, and event yoga. Classes are tailored to what style, level, day, time, and frequency is best for you or the group. Free 30-minute consultations are held to make a plan to move forward with your personal practice. Our studio provides the added benefit of having a safe, private space to practice one-on-one or with those you are most comfortable practicing with. Packages available.
Reiki is an alternative therapy that is often times referred to as "energy healing." Originating in Japan, the word Reiki means "Universal Life" (Rei), and "Energy" (Ki). Each of us has our own innate power to heal, but in order to do so, our energy must flow strongly and freely throughout the body. Reiki is a way to release energy blockages and bring your body back into balance. A very gentle treatment that will leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed, and at ease. Packages available.

Whether you are a meditation newbie or are looking to dive a bit deeper with your practice, you will find a sense of peace here. With the ultimate goal of reducing the chaos in your mind and outside world alike, you will leave feeling calm, relaxed, and ready for whatever comes your way next. Guided meditations are a great way to start you on your path towards a daily at-home practice.
